ReasonableWage

Terms of Use

Version 2026-11-04

These terms govern use of ReasonableWage, operated by Reasonable Tax Solutions LLC. By signing in, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the firm you use ReasonableWage for. During the beta, the ReasonableWage Beta Agreement also applies; where the two differ, the Beta Agreement controls.

1. Accounts

ReasonableWage is invite-only and intended for tax, accounting and related professionals. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. A firm's owner decides who in the firm has access and is responsible for removing people who should no longer have it.

2. Professional responsibility

ReasonableWage produces workpapers that support your own professional determination. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice, and it does not create a professional relationship between us and you or your clients. You remain responsible for your judgments, the facts you enter, and any advice you give.

3. Acceptable use

Use ReasonableWage only for lawful purposes and in line with your professional obligations. Do not enter information you are not permitted to use; attempt to access another firm's data; probe, overload or interfere with the service; or copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.

4. Your data and ours

Your firm owns the information it enters, and the reports produced from it are yours to use with your clients. We own ReasonableWage itself — its software, methods, design and documentation. Published government data shown in the service remains subject to its publishers' terms.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep ReasonableWage available and accurate, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control, and features may change. Keep your own copies of reports you rely on.

6. Fees

There is no charge during the beta. If paid plans are introduced, prices and terms will be presented before you are asked to agree to them.

7. Ending use

You may stop using ReasonableWage at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, a security risk, or if we discontinue the service, with notice where practical and an opportunity to export your firm's data.

8. Disclaimers and limits

ReasonableWage is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

9. Indemnity

You will be responsible for claims arising from information you enter without authority, from your advice to clients, or from your breach of these terms.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms by posting a new version and notifying users of material changes; continued use after that means acceptance.
